For our fellow travelers who enjoy the planning process but don’t quite know where to start.
We’ll host a coaching call with you to get you started. For 60 minutes we’ll workshop and brainstorm about recommended activities in your trip destination, how to connect to the local community, and tips for planning and booking your stay. We’ll make sure to get any specific questions you will have for your trip ahead of the call so we can be sure to cover them!

What’s your specialization?
Experience Design Co. does not have a geographic specialization, but focuses on providing you authentic, local experiences wherever you want to go. We work through our travel network to get you off the beaten path and connected with the communities you are visiting.
How long does it take?
The amount of time it takes to finalize your itinerary depends on your trip (length, number of destinations, number of activities, etc). We will provide you with a time estimate during your first consultation.
Do you work exclusively with certain brands?
No! As a travel planner, Experience Design Co. has access to work with many different brands. We will never recommend a brand or travel experience that does not align with your trip goals and aspirations, or that we don’t absolutely love their service.
Do I have to know exactly when and where I want to go?
Absolutely not. We’re happy to work with you to plan your trip whether you have the details in mind or just a desire to go somewhere… anywhere! From just booking a flight to an entire travel itinerary, we’re here to work with you along the way.
